    Coverage depends on your policy, the cause of damage, and your insurance carrier's decision. Our role is to inspect the roof, photograph what we observe, and provide a contractor's repair or replacement scope. Your carrier determines what the policy covers.

    Yes. We inspect the roof, document visible conditions, and explain whether repair, replacement, or monitoring makes sense. The inspection does not require you to hire Cornerstone for the work.

    Price depends on roof size, pitch, access, existing layers, decking conditions, ventilation, and the material system selected. After the inspection, we provide a written estimate that identifies the scope and product choices for your home.

    The schedule depends on roof size, complexity, weather, and any decking repairs discovered after tear-off. Your proposal and pre-build conversation will set the expected schedule before work begins.

    Cornerstone provides a 10-year workmanship warranty. Manufacturer coverage depends on the roofing products and warranty option selected, and the exact terms are provided in your project documents.

    When appropriate, we can attend the site visit to answer questions about the damage we observed and the contractor scope we prepared. We do not represent you in the claim, and the insurance carrier makes all coverage decisions.
